Shopping for cardigans is not always the most thrilling excursion but a cardigan is an Autumn/ Winter staple, needed by all. So today, I have a little fashion story for you from my day at the high street. My task was to find a standard black, cardigan that will go with everything. My first stop was Topshop, straight away I found a black fluffy one at £55, this would be my yard stick. I then went on to River Island, who had this cream one but in a dark navy, very similar and at a lower price of £35. Finally, I popped into Primark, I hadn’t been in there for a while, but within the knitwear section was this black cardigan exactly the same as the Topshop version, but only at £14, the purchase was made! I am not sure if this is everyone’s happy ending but with and extra £41 in my pocket, I am pretty happy.
