Recently I have discovered a new love for fashion since the Autumn/Spring collection has arrived full of new inspirations. One of my favourite designs, as you can probably guess from my previous post, is the Aztec print. Eccentric colours are the new must of the season and added with the edgy print it’s just perfect! I love how fun the print is and how the pattern can be vibrant with colours or totally subdued and still look amazing! I’ve matched my skirt with a statement necklace to keep the flow of colour through my outfit. I spotted this skirt at a bargain price in River Island and couldn’t help but feel the ‘Aztec fever’

The look I'm going for today is shabby chic. I'm decorating my house at the moment and I think I've subconsciously reflected that in my wardrobe. A little bit of boho with my vintage shirt from Blue Rinse, who will be exhibiting at Clothes Show Live this year, goes perfectly togeather! Pairing with abit of chic with my structured blazer...and of course a pop of colour with the shoes. We can't forget the colour!

I know the sun isn't exactly shining but it's still Spring and I refuse to wear any more of my winter moody hues. I pulled out this bright coloured skirt with a funky tribal pattern and knew it was the outfit for today! I’m all for letting your clothes do the talking and I think this skirt just sums that up! I have matched it with two bold colours; I picked out the blue lining of the zigzag print on my skirt to bring out the colour and went for a hot red bag as it not only acts as a mood elevator but it's the colour that's on trend.

This spring is all about edgy patterns and tonnes of colour!

The winner in everyone's wardrobe at the moment is monochrome. It's a simple and easy trend to update your style for spring, with Kate Middleton to Kim Kardashian rocking the looks it's a trend you must adopt! I love this trend because you can wear it in the office or dress it up for the evening and it never goes out of fashion.

My shirt today is a treasure from Mango, the crisp white with the block black panelling makes it an effortless statement piece. I have teamed it with my gold aztec inspired necklace to give an edge to the overall look.
