Clothes Show Live is looking for the next budding designer to design a dress that draws inspiration from the country across the world that most inspires you. From America to Zanzibar and beyond what role does fashion play in national identity?
Tribal, oriental what ever your influences are they will need to be incorporated into the dress with contemporary design – it will also need to be on trend, marketable and ready to wear.
This is the perfect opportunity for entrants to unleash their imagination to its fullest potential, to produce the most creative and innovative designs possible.
The Prize
• £1,000 prize money
• The winning outfit modelled on the Clothes Show Live catwalk
• 1 weeks work experience with a top fashion designer
• Young Designer of the Year trophy
• Hold Young Designer of the Year title for 1 year
• £1,000 donated to their schools’ Art / Design Technology Department
