YOUNG ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2011 (13 - 15 YRS)

Do you love art? Are you always scribbling away in your sketch pad? We went on a search for an aspiring artist to create a poster to be used in our 2012 educational communications campaign. 

Young Artist Award sponsored by Rowan:  Brittany Bailey, 15, from Reading (right)

Brittany said: “My picture personifies Britannia as a powerful woman who is interested in fashion. I want to be a video game designer when I grow up and this award will hopefully help kick start my career.” Brittany has won £500 prize money, £1,000 donated to her schools art department, her picture used in Clothes Show Live 2012 promotional materials and free tickets to next year’s show.
