EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITY

UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE FORUM
A place for students to meet over 35 of the UK's top colleges, ask all the vital questions about the industry, meet other students and learn more about the degree courses out there. See the work of past students displayed as well as inspirational couture creations from the current crop brought along to the show. 

GRADUATE CATWALK
Showcasing final year student collections from all over the UK, this catwalk gives a taste of our up-and-coming designers of the future.

FASHION CAREERS CLINIC SEMINARS
Students and teachers alike were able to meet the experts in the industry, be the first to hear the success stories and learn a few tips on how to make it in fashion. Seminars are back for 2011 with the chance for teachers to book into sessions earlier in the year.

SKNITCH 
Returning to Clothes Show Live, Sknitch encompasses sewing, needlework, knitting, stiching and customisation! This area is totally devoted to helping students learn the essential techniques and skills needed to develop their creative flair and improve their technique in the classroom. Activities include workshops, learn to knit sessions and customisation classes, plus the chance to buy essential habberdashery.

GRADUATE MARKETPLACE
Home to small fashion businesses and start-ups straight from Uni, your students can shop from their new collections, meet peers and gain advice from Graduates who are making their mark on the industry.

CREATIVE AWARD CEREMONIES
Awards were even bigger and better this year with 11 categories, over 3 stages,  life changing opportunities, fantastic prizes and prestigious hosts.  This year the Design Awards will be held on the Diet Coke Image/Graduate Catwalk Stage on Tuesday 6 December. Times TBC.
