Favourite Music:

My pal Miles Kane released his debut album a month ago. He and it are amazing. Check it out.

Favourite Films:

The best film i've seen in a long time is a feature length documentary called Inside Job. It focusses on the recent financial meltdown. Whilst i know this doesn't sound like a barrel of laughs it does explain whats going on in the finance sector and, importantly, it explains how their decisions affect all of us every day. It's an important movie.

Favourite Pastime/s:

I've been kickboxing on and off for the last 4 years. It's an amazing discipline, you learn a lot about yourself and its both a physical and mental workout.

Favourite Countries Visited:

My lady is from Morrocco so we spend a lot of time over there with the family. The people are super friendly, the food is incredible and landscape is breathtaking. The pace of life over there is perfectly suited for holiday makers.

Favourite TV Show:

I like to get busy on itunes from time to time. The Larry Saunders Show and East Bound and Down are, for my money, two of the funniest shows ever made.
